"I have been a State Farm member for over 60 years. I recently called about an on line payment that had crossed in the mail with a paper bill. I was also calling about due dates and paid dates of multiple policies that should be on the same front page with all owned policies They are not. Sometimes paid dates and due dates are hard to find due to mis understanding of the words "policy management" and "policies." I managed to speak to Angela who kindly checked out my due dates and paid dates and sent me an email with all of them printed out so I could keep better track of them at home. Angela was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She took time to listen and understand what I wanted and the problem was solved with 2 rings of the phone. Thank you, Angela. Karen"

"After being with the same Insurance company for almost 19 years and having multiple recent rate increases ,I was curious about what the competition had to offer . "I was shopping around to compaire insurance quotes for my home and cars and boat when Wesley send me an email which I followed up on. Wesley took my information did he's research and got back to me in a very timley manner. He was able to save me a good bit of money annually and walked me through the sign up process. Overall it was a very good experience and I'm pleased with the rates. Good job Wesley. It's been a year now and I'm still very pleased with both the service and polices, my new agent is Erik who spent a good deal of time going over all my polices and options. Good job Erik."

"Jim was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He explained why my insurance went up so much and helped defer some of the costs to help me save on the premium. He also reminded me of why I chose State Farm and why I should stay with them. Everything is so expensive now so moving on would probably not have been the best move. People have come over from other car insurances because they save you money."

"This office It's great at what they do. What is the terrible part? Is the claims department last time I had to get the Attorney General involved to get a payout after 4 months and I made a claim the other day to the stolen car I had experienced. They said they'd handle it now. My car has been stolen again. And they are taking no responsibility and say they never ordered a tow truck for me. When I distinctly called to get a tow truck gave him the address. And they never sent one out and my car stolen again. And nobody's taking responsibility. I've been through the escalation team through many managers through the higher-ups. And everybody says we have no record of you ever calling us when I have call logs all over my phone. Be careful about their claims department."

"I called for help and they had me speak to a national hotline number. They gave me back my car not running over 1 mile an hour. Called to get help. They told me they would get the car. 7 hrs later its gone. Now I call to see what the update is. And the national hotlinecontact Cleve Shaw a rep says they dont know where my car is. Call my local office they dont know anything. Now im on hold and forever waiting for information and its a long process. I am contacting the attorney general for the second time to see what is occuring with my car. Last time it took state farm 4 months to pay me because they messed up my case. Nightmares dealing with claims. I had a bad review here and took it down because after finicially ruining my summer they acted like it was no big deal. Now here we are again. When you make a claim. They will screw you over. Upfate: after 7 hrs on phone with state farm claims . They say they never ordered a tow for me. My car is missing . They say they dont kniw anythjng about it. Even tho they have multiple calls from me on one day. And the rep never ordered a tow truck and saud it would be on same claim. Now sate farm wants me to open a new clain and report my car as stolen because they never picked it . They say we have to pay for it ourselves. Save yourself. The trouble of dealing with this company.FRAUDS all around. My 2nd time dealing with 2 different cars and the mn attorneys geeals office getting involved because state farm will don anything to get your money and not help."
