"I have been a State Farm member for over 60 years. I recently called about an on line payment that had crossed in the mail with a paper bill. I was also calling about due dates and paid dates of multiple policies that should be on the same front page with all owned policies They are not. Sometimes paid dates and due dates are hard to find due to mis understanding of the words "policy management" and "policies." I managed to speak to Angela who kindly checked out my due dates and paid dates and sent me an email with all of them printed out so I could keep better track of them at home.
