Jim here.... I was born and grew up in Eden Prairie, MN until I was 11 years old and graduated high school in Benson, MN after my parents moved back to their hometown. I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration - Marketing, Management and Speech Communications at Mankato State University. Go Mavericks!

I held multiple Executive positions with CVN Companies Inc, Fingerhut and Kent & Spiegel Direct before starting my agency with State Farm in 2002. We offer a variety of insurance for whatever you need: Auto, Homeowners, Life, Motorcycle, Boat, RV/Camper, ATV, UTV, Antique/Classic cars, Snowmobile as well as a variety of bank products. We offer insurance throughout all of Minnesota and Wisconsin.

I am involved in a myriad of community projects and organizations, and I enjoy meeting all my neighbors both near and far.

I currently live in Excelsior, MN about 15 minutes from my office. My wife Heidi and I have two children, Lauren 29 who is married and lives in Scottsdale, AZ and Emma 26 who lives in Chicago, IL. We also have two cats - Stella & Darby. In my spare time, I like to travel, hunt, golf, be in the outdoors and spend time with my family and friends.
